TASER devices are legal to sell and own in 47 states and Puerto Rico with little to no restrictions. Your state's attorney general or local government will have up-to-date information regarding the legality of TASER devices in your area. 

Civilian ownership of TASER device is prohibited in Hawaii, Rhode Island, and New York.
